About The S&J Foundation:
The S&J Foundation is a Charlotte, NC-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Shani Rodgers. It is named in honor of her parents, Sherree and John, whose love and sacrifice inspire the organization's mission.
The foundation is dedicated to empowering young adults ages 18–24 who have aged out of the foster care system, operating under the tagline "Bridging the Gap. Building the Future."
Core programs and services include licensed mental health counseling, educational and vocational support, financial literacy coaching, and life skills training. The foundation also plans to expand its impact by offering transitional housing services in the future.
